About Me
I am a certified health and life coach who empowers women to make health changes, using their unqiue strenghts and passions, to build life they want. From changing careers, navigating the menopause transition to managing chronic health conditions, I partner with women to help them achieve success and to live life to the fullest. As a qualified National Health Board Health & Wellness Coach, I am a certified behaviour change specialist, and am also a a Certified Professional Coach, certified by iPEC, one of the world’s premier life coach training programs.
My Story
I know what it’s like to feel completely lost. I fell in love with my (now) husband on a blind date. Within 18 months I found myself married to a widower, step-mum to two bereaved boys, moving across the world where I knew no-one and on top of it all, was entering menopause early. I had left behind my friends, my work, my community; in short, my identity. I felt cast adrift and was spiraling into depression.
Coaching transformed my life. It helped me to feel, rather than to numb my emotions for the first time. To challenge the limiting beliefs I had about who I am and what I can achieve.
My own transformation inspired me to help other women to emerge from periods of change and to navigate health issues as stronger, more successful and amazing versions of themselves. Because ultimately that’s what each of us deserve.
My job is to help you be clear about what you want and support you in achieving it.
Coaching works on the premise that each of us have the answers within us to achieve our goals; my job as coach is to help clarify your goals, identify the barriers stopping you from achieving them, and co-create steps with you to move forward.
In addition to coaching, I have over 20 years’ experience of supporting non-profits, helping them to be as resilient and sustainable as they need to be to serve their beneficiaries. Supporting women to live their best lives is a natural progression and one I’m excited to share with you.
