Together we will identify your health & wellness vision and create realistic goals to achieve this, via a program of small steps and habits that lead to sustainable behaviour change. We’ll identify challenges, such as lack of time, and develop strategies to overcome them.
Life Coaching
I’ll support you as you go through, or plan for major transitions, such as changing careers, recovering from divorce, the menopause etc. Together we will create a vision for the future you desire and I’ll support you to make that a reality.
